- We do accept returns or refunds once the order is confirmed and shipped
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images or videos. After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution.
