Due to the nature of fine jewellery:

  • We do accept returns or refunds once the order is confirmed and shipped

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images or videos. After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
